Aesar is the capital of its namesake island on the north shore of Asgard, known for its pearl divers and superb fishermen. Though relatively small, the city became wealthy when local seamen discovered valuable pearls in the surrounding waters. Finding ways to artificially cultivate these precious objects, the city now benefits from a high living standard and good reputation within the Kingdom.
Aesar Elves and Fae are generally pious and devoted craftsmen, yet the city does not have a large militia or defensive girdle, confident in the close proximity to the capital city of Dearaldia .
