Undain family
The Undain family is the head of the banking guild of Midgard, the most powerful of the guilds in Midgard. The banking guild of Midgard rules Midgard with a firm grip. The family itself has ruled Midgard from the year 2508 A.T. The family consists mostly of humans.

The Felekos family is a family of gnomes that led the war against long ear forest to reclaim the Birthplace of the gnomes .
Tenluur family
The Tenluur family is the royal family of the halfings. Current rulers of The second halfling kingdom .
Yellowhill family
The Yellowhill family is a family of halflings that currently guards the sanctity of the north-west Render Hills . The rule The first halfling kingdom .
Pederon family
The Pederon family was a once rich human family. They where the first family to start a bank after gave the title of Duke and the first family to wrestle the power over Midgard away from the rest of the candidates when Regan Stonecold was tortured and killed by the Lorekeepers .
Morningbrook family
The Morningbrook family is a rich human family and their family business is the Morningbrook bank. The Morningbrook bank ruled Midgard from 23 A.T until 123 A.T. (exactly one hundred years) and although they never regained control over Midgard, they have always remained a strong bank.
Ingo family
The Ingo family is a rich gnome family with a family bank that ruled Midgard from 340 A.T. until 483 A.T. (143 years). The bank is still a strong bank.
Tanser family
The Tanser family is a halfling family that rules the Tanser bank. Although the Tanser bank has never ruled Midgard, they are considered one of the stronger banks in Midgard. Having the lion share of the halfing population as clients.
Van Eeden family
The van Eeden family is a rich human family with a family bank that ruled Migard for various stretches of time, struggling heavily with the halfing commonwealth bank for control. The bank is still a strong bank.
Olson family
The Olson family used to be a rich human family. But now they have slipped into poverty after having lost control over the Olson family bank as a family business. Now the bank is called the Farmer-credit bank. The Olson family has a proud family history though and currently bands together in an attempt to revert their loss of wealth. The Olson family ruled Midgard from 516 A.T. to 529 A.T. (13 years). Currently the Olson family is a struggling trading family.
Reyment family
The Reyment family is a rich human family. Although the Reyment bank (now called ReGold bank) is no longer strictly and completely in Reyment family hands, the family is still rich. If any family would have a change of wrestling control from the Undain family, it would be the Reyment family (or technically speaking, the Reyment bank, still currently ruled by Fandor Reyment). No member of the Reyment family is allowed to have children with any other race than humans and still call that child with the surname Reyment. The Reyment family ruled Midgard from 630 A.T. to 968 A.T. (338 years) and the ReGold bank ruled Midgard from 1790 A.T. to 2508 A.T. (718 years, a record time).
Stonecold family
The Stonecold family is the first and former ruling family of Midgard , before the banking guild took power.
